The company is a member unit of the Fujian Provincial Shipbuilding Association and has been listed as a unit of the Fujian Green and Intelligent Shipbuilding Industry Alliance. It possesses nine large platforms including frame-type, data programming, and self-leveling systems, with capacities ranging from 315T to 3500T. It also has domestically advanced CNC fully automatic, self-dust-absorbing drilling machines, large-scale fiber laser cutting machines, five-axis machining centers, equipped with edge bending machines, automatic welding machines, and comprehensive physical, mechanical, chemical, and airtight testing equipment.

The company focuses on the research and development and production of small (under 12 meters) integrated-hull green intelligent pure electric boats made of aluminum alloy (carbon fiber). The planned total investment is 600 million yuan, to be invested in 3 phases. The first phase of investment is 200 million yuan, with an expected annual output of over 10,000 boats after reaching production capacity.
